There has been a bit of a delay at the printers for which I apologize. I am waiting for them to get back to me with a delivery date and will post it as soon as I hear from them (hopefully later today).
The new edition of Mark Rainsley’s South West Sea Kayaking is now on sale. So what’s new in the 2nd edition?
Out of date information has been updated or removed.
All phone numbers and web links have been checked and updated. You wouldn’t believe how many have changed!
Removed references to out of date accommodation and added new ones.
Updated book lists and ISBNs.
Some new information that wasn’t previously available, has been added.
Reviewed some of the tidal info in the last two chapters (an excellent new pilot has appeared to the north coast, where info was previously a bit thin).
Finally, lots of lovely new photos!
Just for a change the books have arrived earlier than expected. They are available from our website now and should arrive in the shops by early next week. Those of you who ordered in advance your copies have been despatched.
A big thanks to those people who contributed their photos, complimentary copies of the book will be with you in a few days.
